Theft claim

  1. Copy of police daily log about the complaint lodged
  2. Photo of lost/stolen property
  3. Copy of list of lost/stolen property
  4. Copy of the first page of the Insured’s passbook (for indemnity payment transfer)
  5. Other documents as requested by the company

  3. Submit documents by postal mail to General Indemnity Department, Allianz Ayudhya Assurance Plc., 898 Ploenchit Tower, 9th Floor Zone A2, Ploenchit Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330 Tel. 02-657-2921-7 or any of our branch offices.

Indemnity payment can be transferred to savings account of any bank except Government Savings Bank, Islamic Bank of Thailand, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, and Government Housing Bank. A cheque payment will be made if the Insured does not have a passbook.
